The flat was super spacious with two double bedrooms, in the heart of BlackHeath Village, with fairly good transportation links (bus, and overground).
The flat suffered heavy water damages in the bathroom, and that were recurring problems. the flat wasn't maintained properly and the landlord was not reactive at all.
In the end, good flat and location spoiled by too many problems and unresponsive landlord.
